Built by people who had to make the calls.
We spent our afternoons dialling from a spreadsheet, typing notes with one hand, and watching good numbers get flagged as spam. Redialler is the tool we wanted then. It is a browser dialler that wraps your CRM, not a replacement for it.
Three things we will not compromise on.
Every feature in Redialler comes back to one of these.
A local number and a live voice get more pickups
People answer numbers that look like their own area, and they stay on when a real person speaks first. No silence, no robot.
Notes should write themselves
A rep should talk, save an outcome, and move on. The transcript, the summary, and the follow-up task should already be done.
The CRM stays the source of truth
Redialler reads your lists and writes results back. It does not keep a second copy of your contacts or ask you to move.
Small team. Short loops.
We would rather ship a fix on Tuesday than promise a roadmap for next quarter.
in practice
- We are a small team. You will talk to the people who build the product.
- We ship weekly. Most fixes land within days of a report.
- Our changelog is public at /changelog.
