Manual
one callPaste a number and call. Who they are shows up beside the dial pad, so you never go in cold. Save the outcome and a follow-up before you move on.
For the one-off call
Lead gen and appointment setting for several clients means several lists, several sets of numbers, and several people who want to see results. Redialler keeps each client's lists, numbers, and reporting separate, and lets your reps move between them without changing tools.
Per client
lists, numbers, and reporting, kept apart
1
tool for your reps, whichever client they are calling
Local
numbers in each client's market, not yours
Booked
meetings and recordings you can show the client
Clients should never see each other's numbers or data. Your reps should never have to log in twice.
Lists per client
Each client's lists come from their CRM or your workspace, worked in their own session.
Number pools per client
Numbers in the client's market, used only for that client. Callbacks route to the reps on that account.
Protected per pool
Caps, rotation, and rest apply per pool. One client's volume never burns another's numbers.
Reporting per client
Calls, conversations, and booked meetings by client, rep, and list. Export for the weekly report.
Reps across clients
Assign reps to clients. They switch in one click, with the right list and numbers loaded.
Proof for the client
Every booked meeting has a recording and transcript attached. Show, do not tell.
Same screen, same notes, same local numbers. The only thing that changes is how many calls are going at once.
Paste a number and call. Who they are shows up beside the dial pad, so you never go in cold. Save the outcome and a follow-up before you move on.
For the one-off call
Load a list and work it top to bottom. Finish a call, log the outcome, and the next person is already up. Callbacks that are due come first. People who are asleep or on holiday are flagged before you dial.
For working a list
Put your headset on and Redialler calls several people from your list at the same time. The first one who answers is talking to you within the same second. The rest are dropped and saved as attempts. Only the real conversation gets recorded and noted.
Redialler slows down on its own if too many people pick up at once, so nobody answers to silence.
For the most conversations per hour
Every number has a daily limit and a short breather between calls. Calls rotate across the set so no single number carries the load. If one starts getting fewer pickups, it is rested and brought back when it has recovered. You never have to watch it.
Green bar: calls made against today's limit. Amber: resting until pickups recover. The green edge on the left marks where the next call goes.
Every call is logged as it happens, with the outcome, the recording, and the transcript. You get the picture without a stand-up or a spreadsheet.
No telephony project per client. Add the workspace, buy numbers in their market, load the list, and assign reps.
