Every client’s calls, one dialler.

Lead gen and appointment setting for several clients means several lists, several sets of numbers, and several people who want to see results. Redialler keeps each client's lists, numbers, and reporting separate, and lets your reps move between them without changing tools.

See how it works
  • Per client

lists, numbers, and reporting, kept apart

  • 1

tool for your reps, whichever client they are calling

  • Local

numbers in each client's market, not yours

  • Booked

meetings and recordings you can show the client

Separate where it matters. Shared where it helps.

Clients should never see each other's numbers or data. Your reps should never have to log in twice.

  • Lists per client

Each client's lists come from their CRM or your workspace, worked in their own session.

  • Number pools per client

Numbers in the client's market, used only for that client. Callbacks route to the reps on that account.

  • Protected per pool

Caps, rotation, and rest apply per pool. One client's volume never burns another's numbers.

  • Reporting per client

Calls, conversations, and booked meetings by client, rep, and list. Export for the weekly report.

  • Reps across clients

Assign reps to clients. They switch in one click, with the right list and numbers loaded.

  • Proof for the client

Every booked meeting has a recording and transcript attached. Show, do not tell.

Pick how many people you call at once.

Same screen, same notes, same local numbers. The only thing that changes is how many calls are going at once.

Manual

one call

Paste a number and call. Who they are shows up beside the dial pad, so you never go in cold. Save the outcome and a follow-up before you move on.

For the one-off call

Power

one after another

Load a list and work it top to bottom. Finish a call, log the outcome, and the next person is already up. Callbacks that are due come first. People who are asleep or on holiday are flagged before you dial.

For working a list

Parallel

several at once

Put your headset on and Redialler calls several people from your list at the same time. The first one who answers is talking to you within the same second. The rest are dropped and saved as attempts. Only the real conversation gets recorded and noted.

Redialler slows down on its own if too many people pick up at once, so nobody answers to silence.

For the most conversations per hour

Numbers that stay trusted, because none of them gets hammered.

Every number has a daily limit and a short breather between calls. Calls rotate across the set so no single number carries the load. If one starts getting fewer pickups, it is rested and brought back when it has recovered. You never have to watch it.

  • Each call goes to the next rested number
  • A tired number is rested before it gets flagged
  • Pickups per number are tracked for you

Green bar: calls made against today's limit. Amber: resting until pickups recover. The green edge on the left marks where the next call goes.

See the day without asking for it.

Every call is logged as it happens, with the outcome, the recording, and the transcript. You get the picture without a stand-up or a spreadsheet.

  • How many calls turned into conversations today?
  • Which list is worth another pass, and which is dead?
  • Which numbers are getting picked up, and which are tired?
  • What did the last call with this account actually say?
  • Who has callbacks due this afternoon?
  • Did every call make it into the CRM?

A new client is live the same day.

No telephony project per client. Add the workspace, buy numbers in their market, load the list, and assign reps.

new client checklist

  • Connect the client's CRM or create their list
  • Buy local numbers in the areas they sell to
  • Set calling hours and recording rules for the account
  • Assign reps and start the first session
  • Share the board or export the first week's results

Three steps between you and the first call.

  1. step 1

    Connect your CRM

Sign in and link your CRM. Your contacts and lists show up in Redialler as they are.

  2. step 2

    Pick numbers and a mode

Buy a few local numbers or switch on the ones you own. Choose a list and how many people you call at once.

  3. step 3

    Start calling

Headset on. Work the list. Every call is logged, recorded, and written up while you move to the next one.

Questions agencies ask.

Can calls go into the client's CRM rather than ours?

Yes. Connect the client's CRM and their calls, notes, and recordings are written there. Or keep it in your own workspace and export.

Can clients log in and see their own results?

Not yet as a separate role. Today you share the board or export. Client-facing access is on the plan.

How is it billed across clients?

Per seat for your reps, plus a flat rate per number. Numbers can be grouped by client so you can pass the cost through.

Can we use numbers we already own for a client?

Yes. Enable them in Redialler and assign them to that client's pool.
