Attio is the record. Redialler is the phone.

Pick a list in Attio and call it from the browser. Every outcome, note, recording, transcript, and follow-up lands on the person in Attio. No export, no import, no second copy of your contacts.

Read from Attio. Write to Attio. Nothing in between.

Redialler holds only what it needs to run a calling session. The durable record is always the one in Attio.

  • Lists and segments, live

Choose any Attio list. Redialler refreshes it before each next lead, so stage, owner, and reply context are current.

  • Call from the record

Open a person in Attio, pick the number, and click call. Redialler opens on that person, ready to dial.

  • Queue from a workflow

An Attio automation can add a person to a rep's queue. New reply? Form filled? They are in the list within seconds.

  • Write-back after every call

Outcome, note, recording, transcript, and a follow-up task are saved to the person as soon as you press S.

  • Retry on failure

If Attio is slow or rejects a write, the call is kept and marked. Retry it with one click from Ops.

  • No duplication

Redialler matches on the Attio record, not the phone number, so a shared number never writes to the wrong person.

Hang up. The notes are already done.

Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.

Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

Questions about Attio.

Do I need to be an Attio admin?

You need an API key with access to People, Companies, lists, notes, and tasks. An admin can create one for the workspace. Reps then sign in with their own Redialler seat.

What if a sync fails?

The call is kept in Redialler with the failure shown. You can retry it with one click. Nothing is lost, and Attio is never left half-written.

Can I use my own attribute for the outcome?

Outcomes are written to the call record on the Person, with the note and task alongside. Mapping outcomes to your own attributes is on the plan.

What happens if I call a number that is not in Attio?

Redialler creates a Person in Attio with that phone number and writes the call to it. You can merge it later if it turns out to be someone you already had.
