Redialler slows down on its own if too many people pick up at once, so nobody answers to silence.

Every outcome you save can carry a next step. Redialler keeps the list in the right order so the promise you made is the next call you make.

Callbacks rise to the top
When the time comes, that person is the next one up in your list, with your last notes beside them.
No-answers get another go
People who did not pick up are kept in the list and tried again later, up to the limit you set.
Right time of day, their time
Each person is marked as in hours, out of hours, or on a holiday where they live. You can let that guide you or make it a hard rule.
Reminders land in your CRM

Do I have to change how I work my list?

No. Your list comes from your CRM as it is. Redialler orders it and feeds it to you one name at a time.

What if I want to call one person, not a list?

Paste a number and press Enter. Redialler looks them up and creates a record if there is not one.

Will my manager see everything?

They see calls, outcomes, and recordings the same as they would in the CRM. Nothing extra is tracked.

Can I use my own headset?

Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth headset that works with your browser.
