For the one-off call
Your afternoon is a list of names and a headset. Redialler calls the list, shows up as a local number, and puts you on the line before they pick up. When you hang up, the notes are already on the record. You just press N.

keys for the whole call. Your hands stay on the keyboard.
Dialling, looking people up, typing notes, remembering callbacks. That is not selling. Redialler does it so you can.
No dialling
Press Enter. The next person rings. In parallel mode, several ring and you get the first who answers.
They pick up more
Every call shows a number from their own area. The same person sees the same number next time.
Notes write themselves
Recording, transcript, summary, and outcome go on the record while you are on the next call.
Callbacks come back
Say Thursday and they are at the top of your list on Thursday, with the last transcript beside them.
Keyboard only
Dial, mute, save, hang up, next. One key each. No mouse between calls.
Just a browser
No desk phone, no app. A tab and a headset on any computer.
Same screen, same notes, same local numbers. The only thing that changes is how many calls are going at once.
Paste a number and call. Who they are shows up beside the dial pad, so you never go in cold. Save the outcome and a follow-up before you move on.
For the one-off call
Load a list and work it top to bottom. Finish a call, log the outcome, and the next person is already up. Callbacks that are due come first. People who are asleep or on holiday are flagged before you dial.
For working a list
Put your headset on and Redialler calls several people from your list at the same time. The first one who answers is talking to you within the same second. The rest are dropped and saved as attempts. Only the real conversation gets recorded and noted.
Redialler slows down on its own if too many people pick up at once, so nobody answers to silence.
For the most conversations per hour
Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.
Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

YouThursday at 10:30 your time. I will put the reminder in now.
Every outcome you save can carry a next step. Redialler keeps the list in the right order so the promise you made is the next call you make.
Callbacks rise to the top
When the time comes, that person is the next one up in your list, with your last notes beside them.
No-answers get another go
People who did not pick up are kept in the list and tried again later, up to the limit you set.
Right time of day, their time
Each person is marked as in hours, out of hours, or on a holiday where they live. You can let that guide you or make it a hard rule.
Reminders land in your CRM
A follow-up saved in Redialler shows up as a task on the contact, where the rest of your team can see it.
