How many numbers do I need?
Use the capacity and remaining allowance in Numbers to match your planned attempts. Warming starts at 25 attempts per rolling day, progressing through 40, 55, and 75; active numbers have a 75 ceiling and lower admin caps can apply. These limits are product heuristics, not carrier guarantees.
What do numbers cost?
A flat monthly rate per number, on top of your seat. Calls you make from them are charged per minute from calling credit, the same as any other number.
Can I use my numbers for texting or other tools?
Redialler numbers are built for calling in Redialler, where warming and limits keep each one healthy.
Can someone call the number back?
Yes. Callbacks ring the rep who called, or the next free rep if they are busy. Missed calls take a voicemail with recording on.
Are non-US numbers supported?
Not yet. US local numbers today. You can call from anywhere.
