This page explains what Redialler collects, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not skimmed.

1. Who we are

Redialler is a browser-based calling tool for sales teams. It places calls through Twilio and saves outcomes, notes, recordings, and transcripts to your CRM. Redialler is the data processor for the contacts you call. Your company is the data controller.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and sign-in details, handled by Clerk.

CRM data: the names, phone numbers, companies, and notes of the people on the lists you choose to call. This comes from your CRM and goes back to it.

Call data: call times, durations, outcomes, the number used, the number dialled, and status events from the carrier.

Recordings and transcripts: audio of calls you choose to record, the transcript produced from that audio, and the cleaned-up notes produced from the transcript.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and error reports, so we can keep the product working.

3. Why we use it

To place and connect calls, choose a local number, and protect your numbers from being flagged as spam.

To write your notes and follow-up tasks and save them to the right CRM record.

To show your team what happened on each call, by rep, list, and number.

To keep the service secure and to fix problems.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your call content to train AI models.

4. Call recording

You are responsible for telling people that a call is recorded where the law requires it. Recording laws differ by state and country. Redialler lets you switch recording off at any time.

5. Who processes data for us

Twilio for placing calls, phone numbers, and recording audio.

Attio, or another CRM you connect, for storing contacts, outcomes, notes, and recordings after processing.

Clerk for sign-in and account management.

OpenRouter for transcription and note clean-up. Audio and text are sent for processing and are not kept by us on that service after the job completes.

Convex and Vercel for hosting the application and its runtime state.

Each of these providers is bound by its own data processing terms.

6. How long we keep it

Recordings and transcripts are held by Redialler only while they are being processed. Once saved to your CRM, the CRM copy is the durable one. Call logs and queue state are kept while your account is active. Account data is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you are a person who was called by a Redialler customer, contact that company first, as they control the data. You can also contact us and we will pass the request on.

If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

8. Security

Data moves over encrypted connections. Stored credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and put the date at the top. Material changes are announced by email to account owners.
