Salesforce is the record. Redialler is the phone.

Pick a lead or contact list view in Salesforce and call it from the browser. Every outcome, note, recording, transcript, and follow-up is logged as a task on the record, with the account and opportunity alongside.

  • Live

list views read from Salesforce before each next lead, not a report export

  • 2

objects you can call: leads and contacts, with account and opportunity in view

  • 1

click to retry if a write to Salesforce fails

  • 0

    records copied out of Salesforce

Read from Salesforce. Write to Salesforce. Nothing in between.

Redialler holds only what it needs to run a calling session. The durable record is always the one in Salesforce.

  • List views, live

Choose any lead or contact list view. Redialler runs the view's own filters, so what you call is what your admin defined.

  • Call from Lightning

Open a lead or contact in Lightning and click call. Redialler opens on that record, ready to dial.

  • Task after every call

Outcome, note, recording link, and transcript are saved as a completed task on the lead or contact as soon as you press S.

  • Follow-ups as tasks

A callback becomes an open task with a due date on the record, so it shows up in Salesforce where reps already look.

  • Your permissions, respected

Redialler acts as the connected user. Field and record permissions in Salesforce apply to every read and write.

  • Retry on failure

If Salesforce is slow or rejects a write, the call is kept and marked. Retry it with one click from Ops.

Hang up. The notes are already done.

Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.

Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

Questions about Salesforce.

Which Salesforce edition do I need?

An edition with API access. Redialler uses the standard REST APIs and respects your org's API limits.

Does it work with custom phone fields?

Yes. Tell Redialler which phone fields to use on leads and contacts. The defaults are Phone and MobilePhone.

Can I write the outcome to my own field?

Yes. Map outcomes to a picklist or text field on the lead or contact, and Redialler updates it after each call.

What if a sync fails?

The call is kept in Redialler with the failure shown. You can retry it with one click. Nothing is lost, and Salesforce is never left half-written.
