What happens if two people answer at the same time?
The first to pick up is put through. The second call is ended straight away and kept in your list to try again. Redialler then rings fewer people next round so it stays rare.
Do the people who get dropped hear anything?
They hear a normal ring that stops. No message, no silence, no robot voice.
Is this a robocall?
No. Every call is placed by you pressing a key and answered by you on a live line. Nobody gets a recording.
How many can I ring at once?
Up to five. Most teams settle at three or four once Redialler has tuned the rate for their list.
Does it work with a normal headset?
Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth headset and a browser tab.
