What happens if two people answer at the same time?
The first answer reaches you; the other lines are canceled. Anyone who answers a moment later hears your short abandoned-call message. New calls pause if abandoned answers pass 3% of a list's live answers over 30 days.
Do the people who get dropped hear anything?
Calls that were still ringing just stop. Anyone who answers a moment too late hears a short message with your business name and callback number.
Does a live rep make every call compliant?
No. A live rep does not remove rules on consent, suppression, calling times, recording or abandoned calls. Your team must review the rules that apply to its campaign and destinations before using parallel mode.
How many can I ring at once?
Up to five at once, set per session.
Does it detect voicemail?
Yes, if you turn it on. Machines and faxes are hung up, so only people reach you. It adds a short pause for people who answer, so it is off by default.
Does it work with a normal headset?
