HubSpot is the record. Redialler is the phone.

Pick a contact segment in HubSpot and call it from the browser. Every outcome, note, recording, transcript, and task is logged as a call activity on the contact, with the company and deal alongside.

  • Live

segments read from HubSpot before each next lead, not a nightly export

  • 3

objects in view on every call: contact, company, and deal

  • 1

click to retry if a write to HubSpot fails

  • 0

    contacts copied out of HubSpot

Read from HubSpot. Write to HubSpot. Nothing in between.

Redialler holds only what it needs to run a calling session. The durable record is always the one in HubSpot.

  • Segments, live

Choose any contact segment. Redialler refreshes it before each next lead, so owner, stage, and recent activity are current.

  • Company and deal context

The associated company and open deals are shown while you dial, so you know the account before they pick up.

  • Call from the contact

Open a contact in HubSpot and click call. Redialler opens on that person, ready to dial, through the HubSpot calling extension.

  • Call activity after every call

Outcome, note, recording link, transcript, and a follow-up task are logged on the contact as soon as you press S.

  • Outcome fields you choose

Map outcomes to your own contact properties so reports and workflows in HubSpot pick them up.

  • Retry on failure

If HubSpot is slow or rate-limits a write, the call is kept and marked. Retry it with one click from Ops.

Hang up. The notes are already done.

Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.

Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

Questions about HubSpot.

Which HubSpot plan do I need?

Any plan with contacts, companies, deals, and lists. Redialler uses the standard HubSpot APIs, so no add-on is required.

Do calls show in the HubSpot activity timeline?

Yes. Each call is a call activity on the contact with the outcome, duration, note, transcript, and a link to the recording.

What if a sync fails?

The call is kept in Redialler with the failure shown. You can retry it with one click. Nothing is lost, and HubSpot is never left half-written.

Can I call from inside HubSpot?

Yes. Redialler registers as a HubSpot calling provider. Click call on a contact and Redialler opens on that person.
