Hang up. The notes are already done.

Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.

Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

YouThursday at 10:30 your time. I will put the reminder in now.

Saved to Dana's record in your CRM

Everything a colleague needs to pick up where you left off.

Notes are written for the next person who opens the record, whether that is you next month or a teammate this afternoon.

  • The outcome

Interested, callback, wrong number, not now. One keypress, saved as a proper field, not free text.

  • The recording

Attached to the contact, playable from the CRM. Only real conversations are recorded, never dropped rings.

  • A clean transcript

Who said what, tidied up. Skim it in ten seconds instead of replaying four minutes.

  • A short summary

Three or four lines on what was said and what was agreed, written from the transcript.

  • The next step

Said you would call Thursday? A task is created on the contact for Thursday, in their timezone.

  • Retry if it fails

If the CRM is down for a moment, you see it and retry with one click. Nothing is lost.

Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts.

Contacts, lists, notes, and tasks stay in your CRM. Redialler reads them live and writes back to them. If you leave, nothing needs exporting.

what stays where

  • Contacts and lists live in your CRM. Redialler reads them.
  • Outcomes, notes, tasks, and recordings are written to the contact.
  • Redialler keeps recordings only while they are being processed.
  • Call logs stay in Redialler for reporting and can be exported.

What happens in the minute after you hang up.

  1. step 1

    Recording lands

The audio is picked up from the carrier as soon as the call ends.

  2. step 2

    Transcribed and tidied

Speech becomes text. Filler and crosstalk are cleaned up into something readable.

  3. step 3

    Saved to the CRM

Outcome, note, summary, recording, transcript, and task go onto the contact. You are already on the next call.

Questions about notes and recording.

Do I have to record every call?

No. Recording can be off by default, on by default, or toggled per call. You are responsible for consent where the law requires it.

How good is the transcript?

Good enough to skim and search. It is cleaned up for reading, not a court record. The recording is always there for the exact words.

Is my call audio used to train AI?

No. Audio is processed for your transcript and then discarded by the processor.

Can I edit the note before it saves?

Yes. Add a line or change the outcome any time. The record updates.
