Reach more candidates. Remember every conversation.

Candidates do not answer unknown numbers, and the ones who do expect you to remember what they said last month. Redialler shows up as a local number, gets you through more often, and keeps a transcript of every conversation on their record.

See how it works
  • Local

number for every candidate, wherever they are

  • 100%

of calls transcribed and saved to the candidate

  • Same

number when you call back, so they recognise you

  • Their

timezone for every callback and reminder

More pickups, better memory, faster follow-through.

Recruiting is a hundred short conversations and a promise to call back. Redialler is built for exactly that.

  • Local to the candidate

A number from their area on every call. Passive candidates pick up for local numbers.

  • Every conversation on record

Recording and transcript on the candidate. Salary, notice period, what they want next, all searchable.

  • Callbacks that happen

Said you would call after their interview? They are at the top of your list that day, with the transcript.

  • They call you back

Returned calls ring you in the browser with the candidate's record open. Not a voicemail.

  • Right time, their time

Candidates in other timezones are flagged out of hours so you do not ring them at dinner.

  • Volume on sourcing days

Power mode for working a long list. Parallel mode for a big sourcing push.

Hang up. The notes are already done.

Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.

Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

YouWould Thursday morning work for a proper look?

DanaThursday works. Send the invite to the ops alias and loop in Marcus.

YouThursday at 10:30 your time. I will put the reminder in now.

Saved to Dana's record in your CRM

“Call me back Thursday” actually happens on Thursday.

Every outcome you save can carry a next step. Redialler keeps the list in the right order so the promise you made is the next call you make.

  • Callbacks rise to the top

When the time comes, that person is the next one up in your list, with your last notes beside them.

  • No-answers get another go

People who did not pick up are kept in the list and tried again later, up to the limit you set.

  • Right time of day, their time

Each person is marked as in hours, out of hours, or on a holiday where they live. You can let that guide you or make it a hard rule.

  • Reminders land in your CRM

A follow-up saved in Redialler shows up as a task on the contact, where the rest of your team can see it.

Returned calls reach a person, not a voicemail box.

Someone you called this morning calls the number back. Redialler sends it to the rep who is free right now. If they miss it, it tries one more, then takes a message. A rep who is finishing up a call is never interrupted.

Your ATS or CRM stays the record. Redialler adds the calls.

Candidates live in your system. Redialler reads lists from it and writes every call back. Nothing is copied somewhere new.

  3. step 3

    Start calling

Headset on. Work the list. Every call is logged, recorded, and written up while you move to the next one.

Questions recruiters ask.

Do I have to tell candidates the call is recorded?

Where the law requires it, yes. Recording can be off, on, or per call. Transcripts still need a recording, so choose the setting that fits your regions.

Does it work with my ATS?

Attio today, with lists read live and calls written back. If your candidates live elsewhere, sync them to Attio or ask us about your system.

Can two recruiters share a candidate pool?

Yes. Lists and numbers are shared across the team, and each call shows who made it.

Can I call the UK or Europe?

You can call from anywhere, but numbers are US local numbers today. Non-US numbers are on the plan.
