Manual
one callPaste a number and call. Who they are shows up beside the dial pad, so you never go in cold. Save the outcome and a follow-up before you move on.
For the one-off call
Redialler calls your list from the browser, shows up as a local number, and puts you on the line before anyone picks up. When you hang up, the notes are already written.
You are already on the line, so the first person who picks up hears you straight away. Not a click, not a pause, not silence. The other calls stop and are saved as attempts, so nobody falls through the cracks.
Made for sales reps, founders, and small teams who spend the afternoon on the phone. If your day is a list of names and a headset, these will sound familiar.
An out-of-state number from someone they do not know. Straight to voicemail.
Every call shows a number from the prospect's own area, and the same person always sees the same number.
One number, hundreds of calls a day. Carriers notice, and the label sticks.
Calls rotate across a set of numbers. One that starts to struggle is rested, then brought back.
Most dialers connect you after the prospect answers. That gap is where they hang up.
You are on the line before the call connects. Whoever picks up hears your voice, not a click.
A callback promised for Tuesday gets found on Friday. New leads sit under old ones.
Callbacks that are due come to the top of the list. New leads are surfaced while the interest is still warm.
Who called whom, what was said, what is next. It lives in six heads and a spreadsheet.
Every call is logged with outcome, recording, and transcript. Managers see results by rep, list, and number.
Interest fades fast. A lead that came in this morning belongs at the top of this morning's list, not at the bottom of next week's. Redialler puts new leads and due callbacks first, so the next name you see is the one most worth calling.

Redialler called Dana
At the top of your list, from an Oakland number
Talked for 4 minutes
Recorded and written up while you moved on
Meeting booked for Thursday
Reminder saved to Dana's record
Most teams get to it tomorrow.
Same screen, same notes, same local numbers. The only thing that changes is how many calls are going at once.
Paste a number and call. Who they are shows up beside the dial pad, so you never go in cold. Save the outcome and a follow-up before you move on.
For the one-off call
Load a list and work it top to bottom. Finish a call, log the outcome, and the next person is already up. Callbacks that are due come first. People who are asleep or on holiday are flagged before you dial.
For working a list
Put your headset on and Redialler calls several people from your list at the same time. The first one who answers is talking to you within the same second. The rest are dropped and saved as attempts. Only the real conversation gets recorded and noted.
Redialler slows down on its own if too many people pick up at once, so nobody answers to silence.
For the most conversations per hour
People pick up for a number from their own area. Redialler keeps a set of local numbers and chooses the right one for each call, without you thinking about it.
Matches their area
Calling San Francisco? They see a San Francisco number. If you do not have one, the closest you own is used.
Stays familiar on the callback
When you call the same person again, they see the same number they saw last time.

Need a Chicago number for next week's list? Search, buy, and start calling from inside Redialler.
Bring the numbers you have
Already own numbers? Switch them on in Redialler and keep using them elsewhere too.
Every number has a daily limit and a short breather between calls. Calls rotate across the set so no single number carries the load. If one starts getting fewer pickups, it is rested and brought back when it has recovered. You never have to watch it.
Green bar: calls made against today's limit. Amber: resting until pickups recover. The green edge on the left marks where the next call goes.
Every outcome you save can carry a next step. Redialler keeps the list in the right order so the promise you made is the next call you make.
Callbacks rise to the top
When the time comes, that person is the next one up in your list, with your last notes beside them.
No-answers get another go
People who did not pick up are kept in the list and tried again later, up to the limit you set.
Right time of day, their time
Each person is marked as in hours, out of hours, or on a holiday where they live. You can let that guide you or make it a hard rule.
Reminders land in your CRM
A follow-up saved in Redialler shows up as a task on the contact, where the rest of your team can see it.
Someone you called this morning calls the number back. Redialler sends it to the rep who is free right now. If they miss it, it tries one more, then takes a message. A rep who is finishing up a call is never interrupted.

Every call is logged as it happens, with the outcome, the recording, and the transcript. You get the picture without a stand-up or a spreadsheet.
Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.
Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

Your CRM
Contacts and lists come from your CRM. Calls, notes, recordings, and tasks go straight back.
Your browser
Open a tab, plug in a headset, and call. No desk phone, no app to install, on any computer.
Your keyboard
Dial, mute, save, hang up, next. Your hands never leave the keys, so a hundred calls feel like ten.
Sign in and link your CRM. Your contacts and lists show up in Redialler as they are.
Buy a few local numbers or switch on the ones you own. Choose a list and how many people you call at once.
Headset on. Work the list. Every call is logged, recorded, and written up while you move to the next one.
Every seat gets all three ways to call, local numbers, spam protection, recordings, transcripts, and reporting. You pay for the numbers you own each month. No tiers to decode.
No. Redialler runs in your browser. A headset and a normal internet connection are enough.
Yes, if you own a number in their area. Redialler picks the closest one you have. You can buy numbers for the areas you call most from inside the app.
The first to pick up is put through to you. The other call is ended straight away and kept in your list to try again. Redialler also eases off how many people it calls at once when this starts happening, so it stays rare.
Redialler spreads calls across your numbers, caps each one per day, and leaves a gap between calls from the same number. A number that starts to struggle is rested and brought back later. That is the best protection available, though no tool can promise a carrier will never flag a number.
Yes. The outcome, your notes, the recording, a transcript, and any follow-up task are saved on the contact's record. If a save fails for any reason, you see it and can retry with one click.
