Finish a call. The next one is already up.

Load a list and work it top to bottom. Save the outcome and Redialler moves you to the next person, with who they are and your last notes beside the dial pad. No copy, no paste, no gaps.

See how it works

Every name you see is the right one to call now.

Redialler keeps your list in the right order all day. You never scroll, sort, or wonder who is next.

what rises to the top

  • Callbacks that are due right now, with your last notes.
  • New leads that came in this morning.
  • People who are inside their own working hours.
  • No-answers that are ready for another go.
  • Everyone else, in the order your CRM list has them.

Context before, notes after, nothing to type.

Power mode is the same screen as manual calling, with the list feeding it. Everything below happens on every call.

  • Know who is picking up

Name, company, last outcome, and open tasks sit beside the dial pad before it rings.

  • Their time, not yours

Each person is marked in hours, out of hours, or on holiday where they live. Make it a warning or a hard stop.

  • No-answers come round again

Set how many tries and how long between them. Redialler keeps count.

  • Recorded and written up

Outcome, recording, transcript, and a follow-up land on the CRM record while you are on the next call.

Hang up. The notes are already done.

Every call is recorded and written up for you. Pick the outcome, add a line if you want, and move to the next person. The recording, a clean transcript, and a follow-up reminder land on the contact's record in your CRM.

Your CRM stays your CRM. Redialler adds calling on top. It does not copy your contacts somewhere new.

Three steps to a working list.

  1. step 1

    Pick a list

Any list or segment from your CRM. Redialler reads it live, so edits there show up here.

  2. step 2

    Press Enter

The first person rings from a local number. You see who they are while it rings.

  3. step 3

    Save and move on

Pick an outcome, add a callback if you like, and the next person is up.

Questions about power dialling.

Can I skip someone?

Yes. Skip moves them down the list without an outcome. They come back round later.

Can I pause the list?

Yes. Nothing dials until you press Enter. There is no auto-dial timer to race.

What if I want to call someone not on the list?

Type or paste a number. Redialler looks them up in your CRM and creates a record if there is not one.

Does it work with lists I already have in my CRM?

Yes. Redialler reads lists and segments from your CRM directly. Nothing is imported or copied.
