Terms of service

Last updated 4 September 2026

These are the rules for using Redialler. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you, or the company you work for, and Redialler. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Redialler for a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Redialler lets you make and receive calls from a browser, buy and manage phone numbers, and save call outcomes, notes, recordings, and transcripts to your CRM. We may change or improve features over time. We will give notice before removing a feature that you rely on.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been used without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the calling laws that apply to you and the people you call. That includes do-not-call rules, consent for recording, time-of-day limits, and caller identification rules such as the TCPA in the United States and PECR in the United Kingdom.

You must not use Redialler to send spam, robocalls, or automated messages, to spoof numbers you do not own, to harass anyone, or to call emergency services. We may suspend accounts that put our phone numbers or carrier standing at risk.

5. Your data

You own the contacts, notes, recordings, and transcripts you create with Redialler. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how. If you leave, your CRM is untouched and we delete what we hold within 30 days.

6. Fees

Redialler is billed per seat, plus a flat monthly rate for each phone number you own. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Fees are charged in advance each month and are non-refundable except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time and your plan ends at the close of the billing period.

7. Phone numbers

Numbers are provisioned through our carrier partner. You may use them while your subscription is active. Numbers released or left unpaid may be returned to the carrier and cannot be recovered. Carriers, not Redialler, decide whether a number is flagged as spam. We work to protect your numbers but cannot guarantee delivery or reputation.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Redialler available at all times but do not promise it. Calls depend on carriers, your internet connection, and third-party services we do not control. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

9. Liability

Redialler is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from the app or by emailing us. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or with 30 days notice for any other reason.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will put the date at the top and email account owners about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Using Redialler after that date means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales.
