“Call me back Thursday” actually happens on Thursday.
Every outcome you save can carry a next step. When the time comes, that person is at the top of your list with your last notes beside them. New leads and due callbacks come first. Everything else waits its turn.

“Call me back Thursday” actually happens on Thursday.
Every outcome you save can carry a next step. Redialler keeps the list in the right order so the promise you made is the next call you make.
Callbacks rise to the top
When the time comes, that person is the next one up in your list, with your last notes beside them.
No-answers get another go
People who did not pick up are kept in the list and tried again later, up to the limit you set.
Right time of day, their time
Each person is marked as in hours, out of hours, or on a holiday where they live. You can let that guide you or make it a hard rule.
Reminders land in your CRM
A follow-up saved in Redialler shows up as a task on the contact, where the rest of your team can see it.
Call them while they still remember filling in the form.
Interest fades fast. A lead that came in this morning belongs at the top of this morning's list, not at the bottom of next week's. Redialler puts new leads and due callbacks first, so the next name you see is the one most worth calling.

Every time you save an outcome, Redialler re-orders what is left. The name at the top is always the one most worth calling right now.
order, top to bottom
- Callbacks that are due now
- New leads that came in since you started
- No-answers ready for another try
- Everyone else in your list's own order
- Out of hours and on holiday are pushed down or skipped
A callback, start to finish.
- step 1
Save it with the outcome
Pick a time. Thursday 10:30, their time. It is a task on the contact in your CRM.
- step 2
It rises when due
On Thursday at 10:30 they are the next name in your list, with the last transcript beside them.
- step 3
Call and close it
Save the new outcome. The task is completed in the CRM and the next step, if any, is set.
Questions about follow-ups.
What if I am not calling when a callback is due?
It waits at the top of your list. The CRM task shows it as due so a teammate can pick it up if you agree that.
Can a manager reassign a callback?
Yes. Tasks live in your CRM. Reassign there and it moves to the other rep's list.
How many times will a no-answer be retried?
You set the number of tries and the gap between them. The default is three tries, spread across different times of day.
Does it respect their working hours?
Yes. Each person is marked in or out of hours where they live. You can let that guide you or make it a hard rule.
