Volume without burning your numbers.

Hundreds of calls a day, every day. Redialler rings several people at once so reps spend their time talking, spreads the load across local numbers so none gets flagged, and puts new leads and due callbacks at the top of every list.

Calling five people at once · seconds

You are already on the line, so the first person who picks up hears you straight away. Not a click, not a pause, not silence. The other calls stop and are saved as attempts, so nobody falls through the cracks.

Same screen, same notes, same local numbers. The only thing that changes is how many calls are going at once.

Manual

one call

Paste a number and call. Who they are shows up beside the dial pad, so you never go in cold. Save the outcome and a follow-up before you move on.

Power

one after another

Load a list and work it top to bottom. Finish a call, log the outcome, and the next person is already up. Callbacks that are due come first. People who are asleep or on holiday are flagged before you dial.

For working a list

Parallel

several at once

Put your headset on and Redialler calls several people from your list at the same time. The first one who answers is talking to you within the same second. The rest are dropped and saved as attempts. Only the real conversation gets recorded and noted.

Redialler slows down on its own if too many people pick up at once, so nobody answers to silence.

For the most conversations per hour

Fast, and still picked up next month.

Most high-volume tools trade tomorrow's pickup rate for today's dials. Redialler is built so the volume is sustainable.

  • Parallel by default

Reps ring three to five people at once and talk to the first who answers. Redialler tunes the rate so nobody answers to silence.

  • Number pool that rests itself

Calls rotate across the team's numbers. A tired number sits out until its pickups recover.

  • Buy numbers as you scale

New area, new list, new rep. Buy numbers in a click. Redialler tells you when volume needs more.

  • Lists that order themselves

New leads and due callbacks first. Out of hours and holidays skipped. No sorting.

  • Guardrails per team

Calling hours, daily caps, retry limits. Set once, enforced for everyone.

  • Callbacks spread across reps

Returned calls go to the caller or the next free rep, with context on screen.

Numbers that stay trusted, because none of them gets hammered.

Every number has a daily limit and a short breather between calls. Calls rotate across the set so no single number carries the load. If one starts getting fewer pickups, it is rested and brought back when it has recovered. You never have to watch it.

  • Each call goes to the next rested number
  • A tired number is rested before it gets flagged
  • Pickups per number are tracked for you

Call them while they still remember filling in the form.

Interest fades fast. A lead that came in this morning belongs at the top of this morning's list, not at the bottom of next week's. Redialler puts new leads and due callbacks first, so the next name you see is the one most worth calling.

Most teams get to it tomorrow.

Ten reps in the morning, twenty by lunch.

No phone system, no per-seat hardware. Invite, sign in, call. The numbers and lists are shared. The board shows everyone.

Sign in and link your CRM. Your contacts and lists show up in Redialler as they are.

  2. step 2

    Pick numbers and a mode

Buy a few local numbers or switch on the ones you own. Choose a list and how many people you call at once.

  3. step 3

    Start calling

Headset on. Work the list. Every call is logged, recorded, and written up while you move to the next one.

Questions SDR leads ask.

Is parallel dialling legal?

Yes, when a person places the calls and answers them, which is how Redialler works. It is not a robocall. You remain responsible for do-not-call and consent rules where you call.

How many numbers does a team of ten need?

Enough that no number goes over about sixty calls a day. For ten reps in parallel mode, plan for forty to sixty numbers across your areas. Redialler will tell you when you are short.

What about the reps who get dropped calls?

Nobody is dropped. Prospects who answer second hear a normal ring end. They are kept in the list to try again.

Does it work with our CRM?

Attio today, with lists read live and calls written back. Other CRMs are on the plan.
