How does Redialler protect caller ID?
Redialler picks a local number for each call and tracks the health of every number. A number with sustained problems is rested, then comes back automatically after a cooldown.
Does Redialler prepare reps before the call?
Not with AI. Redialler's AI works after the call: Sidekick drafts the outcome, notes, callback, and tasks, and you review them before they are written to Attio, or let trusted ones go straight through.
Can I call outside the US?
Not yet. Redialler uses US local numbers. You can call from anywhere, but the people you call need US numbers. Reached lists numbers for most of Europe, the UK, the US, and Canada.
How does pricing compare?
Redialler is $79 per seat a month on monthly billing, plus $3 a month per number and prepaid call and AI credit. Reached lists Starter at €99 a month and Pro at €179 a month. Its pricing page does not say whether that is per user, so check with Reached before you compare team costs.
