Your numbers, your account, or ours.

Every Redialler call goes through Twilio. Connect the Twilio account you already have and keep the numbers, the billing, and the logs. Or start with nothing and let Redialler set it up.

Twilio does the carrier work. Redialler does the calling.

Redialler never hides the phone layer from you. Numbers stay on Twilio, recordings are pulled from Twilio, and everything is visible in your Twilio console if you bring your own account.

  • Bring your own account

Paste your Account SID and a token or API key. Keep control of billing, numbers, and compliance in your own Twilio console.

  • Or let us manage it

No Twilio account? Redialler provisions numbers and carries the calls for you. Nothing to set up.

  • Buy numbers in-app

Search by city or area code and buy. The number is live on your account in seconds.

  • Use the numbers you own

Already have Twilio numbers? Switch them on in Redialler and keep using them in your other tools.

  • Recordings pulled, then saved

Each recording is fetched from Twilio, transcribed, and saved to the person in your CRM.

  • Webhooks validated

Every callback from Twilio is checked against its signature. Spoofed events are dropped.

What you need to connect your own account.

Most teams connect in under five minutes. If you do not have these to hand, use the managed option and switch later.

  • Your Twilio Account SID.
  • An Auth token or an API key and secret.
  • A Voice-capable number, or buy one from inside Redialler.
  • About five minutes.

Show up as a number they might actually answer.

People pick up for a number from their own area. Redialler keeps a set of local numbers and chooses the right one for each call, without you thinking about it.

  • Matches their area

Calling San Francisco? They see a San Francisco number. If you do not have one, the closest you own is used.

  • Stays familiar on the callback

When you call the same person again, they see the same number they saw last time.

  • Buy new numbers in a click

Need a Chicago number for next week's list? Search, buy, and start calling from inside Redialler.

  • Bring the numbers you have

Already own numbers? Switch them on in Redialler and keep using them elsewhere too.

Numbers that stay trusted, because none of them gets hammered.

Every number has a daily limit and a short breather between calls. Calls rotate across the set so no single number carries the load. If one starts getting fewer pickups, it is rested and brought back when it has recovered. You never have to watch it.

  • Each call goes to the next rested number
  • A tired number is rested before it gets flagged
  • Pickups per number are tracked for you

Questions about Twilio.

Do I need a Twilio account?

No. Pick the managed option and Redialler provisions numbers and carries calls for you. You can connect your own account later.

Can I move my numbers later?

Yes. Numbers on your own Twilio account stay yours. Numbers on the managed option can be ported to your own account if you switch.

Who pays for minutes if I bring my own account?

You do, through Twilio. Redialler charges per seat. Twilio bills your account for numbers and minutes at your Twilio rates.

Is there a per-minute markup on the managed option?

Pricing is per seat plus a flat rate per number. Calls are included within fair use. Contact us for the current rates.
