Style 2 title card for seven calling apps for Attio with Ryan Erkal

The best calling app for Attio depends on the job you need to finish. Aircall, JustCall, Quo, Allô, RingCentral, Salesmsg and KrispCall all have current calling or communication listings in Attio’s directory, but they do different work. Aircall and RingCentral suit phone-system use, JustCall suits teams that need several sales dialler modes, and Salesmsg suits messaging-led outreach. Quo and Allô put shared phone service first, while KrispCall offers a broader cloud telephony route. This is a desk-researched shortlist by Redialler, published by Ryan Erkal, Founder. It is not a hands-on ranking. Check the current package, number and CRM behaviour in your own Attio workspace before you commit.

How this list was built

The selection rule is simple: the product had to have a current Attio directory page describing calling or communication and providing an install route. That produces seven evidenced candidates, not a universal ranking. A listing does not prove that every feature works on every package.

This list was researched on 8 September 2026 from Attio and vendor documentation. Redialler is the publisher, so the comparison has a declared interest. No product was installed or used. Ask each vendor to show the exact Attio record, number and outcome behaviour your team requires.

What counts as an Attio calling integration

An Attio directory listing is evidence that Attio has an app or partner route for the product. An official app label means Attio identifies the app as official on that page. A partner listing can still be useful, but the vendor may own the connection, authentication, field mapping and support. That differs from a generic Zapier recipe moving selected fields after an event.

For a calling workflow, check four boundaries. Can the tool start a call from an Attio Person record? Does it import the contact or only receive a phone number? Does it write a call, note, recording, disposition or task back? What happens when two People share a number or the number is missing? Two-way sync in a product description is a promise to inspect, not a reason to skip the test.

Aircall

Aircall is the clearest fit when Attio click-to-dial must sit beside a wider business phone system. Attio’s page labels it an official app built by Attio. An admin installs it, each user connects Aircall, and the team adds the numbers that may sync. The documented route requires Aircall Workspace for Desktop. A call starts from an Attio Person or Company record, opens Aircall with the number pre-filled, and a successful call creates an Attio note with the placing team member, time, duration and Aircall notes.

Aircall’s current public pricing page lists Essentials at 30 US dollars per licence per month when billed annually and Professional at 50 US dollars per licence per month, with a three-licence starting quantity shown. The Professional plan lists Power Dialer and queue callback. Treat the phone subscription and its included allowances as a package. Do not compare its licence price with a separate dialler add-on from another vendor as though they were the same product.

JustCall

JustCall is aimed at teams that want phone, SMS, voicemail and AI insight in one sales or support suite. Attio labels it an official app built by SaaS Labs. Its directory page says calls, texts, voicemails, recordings, summaries and outcomes are logged, with real-time contact sync in both directions. It requires an active JustCall account and Attio OAuth 2.0 access, with Pro or above recommended.

The dialler entitlement needs careful checking. JustCall’s current help documentation places Power Dialer on Pro, Pro Plus, Business and SalesPro. Dynamic and Predictive Dialers are listed on SalesPro. The feature site also advertises a parallel dialler, so ask the quote to name the exact mode, campaign limits, number pool and callback route. A good Attio listing does not prove that a Sales Dialer entitlement is included in the first quote.

Quo

Quo is a shared business phone system with Attio contact sync, call and text logging, voicemail history and click-to-call from the CRM. Attio labels it an official app built by Quo. The integration page requires Business or Scale and says workspace Owners or Admins must set it up. Activity syncing can be enabled or disabled at the phone-number level, which matters when one number is used for support and another for outbound work.

Quo’s public pricing page currently shows Starter, Business and Scale. The page shows annual prices of 15, 23 and 35 US dollars per user per month, and monthly prices of 19, 33 and 47. The Attio connection is documented on Business or Scale, so a low headline Starter price is not the correct quote for an Attio team. Confirm numbers, international calling, recording retention and any AI usage separately.

Allô

Allô combines business numbers, calling, messaging and recordings. Attio labels it an official app built by The Mobile-First Company. Its Attio page says incoming and outgoing calls, recordings and voicemails are logged to the corresponding contact, and Attio contacts sync into Allô. The documented setup needs Attio API access and an active Allô Business plan, then a connection from Allô’s Integrations menu.

Allô’s current US pricing documentation shows Starter at 25 dollars per month for a solo user and Business at 45 dollars per user per month monthly, with annual prices also shown. Its feature table describes unlimited calls, recordings and transcripts, but the Business requirement still controls the Attio shortlist. Ask whether your desired team features, desktop access and number count are included in the quoted region and plan.

RingCentral

RingCentral is a useful candidate for teams that need a full cloud phone system and a simple record action. Attio labels it an official app built by Attio. The documented route is to install the app, connect each RingCentral account in Attio’s Connections tab, open a Person record and use the RingCentral action to click-to-dial through the embedded phone. Attio’s help page says the app is available on all Attio plans, while each workspace member still needs their own RingCentral connection.

The directory page does not set out a Power Dialer, outcome schema, recording upload or callback task contract. Those omissions are useful buying information. RingCentral may fit an inbound or blended phone requirement, but an outbound team must ask where call duration, direction, owner, disposition and recording link will appear in Attio. Price the RingCentral plan, numbers, region and any contact-centre tier as a separate quote.

Salesmsg

Salesmsg is a messaging-led option that also supports voice calling. Its Attio listing is built by Salesmsg and offers an install route. The page describes SMS, MMS, calls and AI conversations, with personal or shared inboxes. It says contacts and communication activity stay synced, and that users can choose a phone number before calling or texting Attio contacts. This makes Salesmsg more relevant when the call is one step in an SMS follow-up process.

Salesmsg documents usage-based pricing rather than a simple calling-seat comparison. Its help page says each plan includes a phone number, user seat and message-credit allocation, and that a 14-day trial is available. Extra seats, numbers, carrier charges and 10DLC fees can affect the quote. Test whether call outcomes and recordings are represented in the Attio timeline in the format your team needs, since the directory description focuses on conversations and inboxes.

KrispCall

KrispCall is a cloud telephony option for teams that need calls, SMS and international virtual numbers. Its Attio page is built by KrispCall and documents calls from the Attio interface, automatic logging of incoming and outgoing calls, duration, direction, notes, recordings and voicemails. It also describes contact synchronisation, field mapping and a choice of one-way or two-way sync. Those are useful capabilities, but the page itself tells the buyer to test matching and activity on sample contacts.

The Attio route starts in KrispCall’s Integrations area. A buyer must ask which phone-number countries, recording settings, fields and workflow triggers are included in the selected KrispCall package. The directory evidence is stronger than a generic CRM badge because it names the Attio flow, but it still does not replace a test with a duplicate Person, an unanswered call and a callback.

Compare workflow, matching, outcomes and callbacks

For one manual call, record whether the tool starts from an Attio Person, which number is selected, and whether the resulting activity contains direction, time, duration and owner. For one missed call, check if a note or attempt appears and whether a later retry creates a second record. For a callback, set a due date and an owner, then confirm whether the vendor creates an Attio task, forwards the number, or leaves the rep to manage the follow-up elsewhere. For a duplicate Person, use the same number on two records and require the tool to explain its match or refusal.

Redialler follows a different model. It is our browser calling layer around Attio, with manual, Power and Parallel workflows, outcome save, callback task creation when a callback date is set, and queued recording and note processing. Customer setup and the required calling workflow must be confirmed for the intended team. Assess it with the same controlled proof of concept as every other candidate.

Choose by team shape

A solo rep should start with the narrowest workflow that still logs cleanly. Allô Starter is a solo phone option but its Attio integration requires Business. Aircall, Quo and RingCentral have different minimums and connection steps. Salesmsg suits text-led work. Ask for minimum paid seats and included numbers before treating a monthly headline as comparable.

A small outbound team should shortlist JustCall when Power Dialer is enough today and SalesPro is justified only if Dynamic or Predictive access is needed. Aircall Professional is a phone-system package with Power Dialer and queue callback. Redialler is relevant when the team wants a browser workflow that keeps Attio as the durable CRM, but customer setup and the required workflow must be confirmed before the decision.

A coaching-heavy or blended team should score recording access, owner attribution, coaching data, inbound routing and callback control before dialling speed. JustCall advertises AI insights in Attio, Aircall documents notes and plan-based AI features, and the other directory pages vary in how much detail they expose. Require a real record, a real note and a real recording link in the acceptance evidence.

Run an Attio-specific proof of concept

Create four synthetic People in a test workspace: one with one valid phone, one with no phone, one duplicate pair sharing a number, and one with an owned callback field. Run one answered call, one missed call, one callback outcome and one recording. Capture the exact Attio page, timeline entry, note, task, recording link and owner after each event. Repeat the duplicate case with the same caller ID and document which Person wins or whether the tool stops.

Then price the tested path. Write down seats, numbers, outbound and inbound usage, recording or AI charges, message credits, sales-dialler entitlement, local caller ID, callback routing and contract term. A product passes only when CRM evidence and commercial line items match the workflow. For Redialler, use the same cases and treat customer setup and live audio evidence as explicit gates.
