What you need.
Booking link and optional signed events
- A supported HTTPS cal.com event page for the signed-in rep.
- Permission to configure Cal.com webhooks for booking creation, rescheduling, and cancellation.
- A signing secret and an admin-managed Redialler callback connection for confirmations.
Set up Cal.com.
Open Cal.com setup in Redialler Settings and save your cal.com event page without query values or fragments.
Open the saved page during a call. Choose whether to share the lead's name and email.
An admin creates the Cal.com confirmation connection and saves its provider signing secret.
Register the generated callback URL in Cal.com with the same secret. Subscribe to
BOOKING_CREATED,BOOKING_RESCHEDULED, andBOOKING_CANCELLED.Review recent bookings for received status and lead matches. Keep call outcomes separate from booking status.
Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.
Data and permissions.
- Each rep saves their own event-page URL. Optional contact sharing is explicit.
- Redialler passes an opaque correlation token in booking metadata to match the later callback.
- Signed callbacks store booking identity, status, timestamps, and matched call or queue IDs. They do not create CRM tasks.
Current limits.
- The saved-link setup supports cal.com event pages. Self-hosted custom Cal.com domains are not supported by the current URL validator.
- The provider webhook must be registered separately. Saving a connection does not install it.
- Bookings without a valid Redialler correlation token remain unmatched.
- Confirm signing, lead matching, and booking and cancellation delivery in your Cal.com account before rollout.

Can I use a self-hosted Cal.com domain?
The current saved-link validator accepts supported cal.com event pages. Custom self-hosted domains are not supported by this setup.
Can an outside booking appear in recent bookings?
A valid signed provider event can be recorded. Without a valid token from a Redialler page launch, the booking remains unmatched.
Does a cancellation change the call outcome?
No. Booking status is separate. A cancellation updates the booking record and does not overwrite the rep's saved call outcome.
