Save your booking page and receive signed booking or cancellation events separately.
Booking status is separate from call outcomes. It does not create CRM tasks.

What you need.
Booking link and optional signed events
- A public HTTPS Calendly event page for each rep.
- For confirmations, an eligible paid Calendly plan with webhook access.
- An admin-managed signing secret and a configured public Redialler callback URL.
Set up Calendly.
Open Calendly setup in Redialler Settings. Save your HTTPS event page without query values or fragments.
During a call, open the saved booking page. Share name or email only when you select that option.
For confirmations, an admin saves a Calendly connection and the provider signing secret in Redialler.
Register the generated callback URL in Calendly. Subscribe to
invitee.createdandinvitee.canceledusing the matching signing secret.Review recent bookings. Opening a page does not confirm a meeting; a signed provider event supplies the booking status.
Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.
Data and permissions.
- The saved booking page belongs to the signed-in rep. Lead name and email are shared only after explicit selection.
- Pages launched through Redialler carry an opaque correlation token for matching the later event.
- Booking state stores provider identity, status, timestamps, and a call or queue match. Booking status is separate from saved call outcomes.
Current limits.
- Saving a signing secret does not register a Calendly webhook. Configure it in the provider account.
- Bookings started outside Redialler can be recorded as unmatched.
- Booking events do not create CRM records or follow-up tasks.
- Confirm plan access, lead matching, and booking and cancellation delivery in your Calendly account before rollout.

Questions about Calendly.
Does saving a booking page connect my calendar?
No. Redialler saves the event-page URL and opens it during a call. Calendly manages calendar availability and booking.
Does opening the page mark the meeting as booked?
No. Only a received signed provider event updates booking status. A page launch is not a confirmation.
Are contact details shared automatically?
No. Sharing name and email is an explicit option when launching the page. The opaque matching token does not contain those contact details.

Sign in to save your booking page in Settings. An organisation admin connects booking confirmations.
