Bring a selected spreadsheet into your calling queue.
Select a private spreadsheet, map its columns, and manually import leads into a queue.
Duplicate and blocked rows stay visible in the result.
- Spreadsheet selected in Google Picker
- Map and preview the chosen range
- Confirm a manual queue import
What you need.
Selected-file OAuth and manual import
- A Google account with access to the source spreadsheet.
- Organisation admin access in Redialler.
- Redialler's Google OAuth and Picker configuration must be available for your deployment.
- A target queue and a real phone column. A stable
lead_idcolumn is recommended.
Set up Google Sheets.
Open Google Sheets setup in Redialler Settings. Select Connect Google Sheets and approve selected-file access in Google.
Use Google Picker to select the spreadsheet. Choose the sheet tab and a bounded range.
Map the stable lead ID and phone columns. Map name and other available context without inventing missing values.
Inspect the preview and confirm the target queue. Confirm the import; no calls start.
Review accepted, duplicate, and blocked results. For outcome write-back, configure the separate signed n8n Sheets workflow with
event_idas its match key.
Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.
Data and permissions.
- OAuth requests Google's
drive.filescope for files selected with Picker. The scope can allow read and write access to those selected files; native intake reads them. - Google connection credentials are encrypted. Redialler reads the chosen range when you inspect or import it.
- Native import does not continuously watch the spreadsheet. The separate outcome recipe uses its own Google Sheets credentials.
Current limits.
- Native intake is a manual import. It does not sync edits automatically or write call results back to the source sheet.
- Each import covers at most 500 data rows and columns A through AZ. Mapped formula cells are skipped with a visible reason.
- Use stable lead IDs. Row numbers change when you sort, insert, or delete rows.
- The n8n outcome recipe writes values as-is and matches rows by event ID. Serialize executions; uncertain responses can still produce duplicates.
- Confirm Google authorization, file selection, imports, and any separate outcome writes in your account before rollout.
Questions about Google Sheets.
Does connecting grant access to my entire Drive?
The connection requests drive.file for files selected with Picker. It does not request broad Drive access. Google may describe read and write access to those selected files.
Do spreadsheet edits update the queue automatically?
No. Native intake reads the selected range when you inspect or import it. Review changes and run another manual import when needed.
Can I write outcomes back to Sheets?
Use the separate signed n8n outcome workflow. Create an Outcomes tab with the supplied headers and match rows by event_id. It is separate from the native import connection.
