What you need.
Teams Workflows webhook
- Permission to create a Teams Workflow for the destination channel.
- A tenant that permits the webhook trigger's Anyone mode for this direct connection.
- Organisation admin access in Redialler, and a co-owner for the Workflow.
Set up Microsoft Teams.
In Teams Workflows, create a workflow with When a Teams webhook request is received. Use a supported template for the channel.
Choose Anyone mode for this direct setup. Add a co-owner so the Workflow does not depend on one user's account.
Open Microsoft Teams setup in Redialler Settings and save the Workflow URL as a Teams notification connection.
Choose outcome and queue-source filters. Review the documented outcome fields and data access before enabling.
Inspect Redialler delivery history and the Workflow's run history separately. A destination acknowledgement does not prove every later step completed. If you choose Send test, confirm the dialog to send a real Teams message.
Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.
Data and permissions.
- The Workflow receives the outcome, contact name, company, phone number, duration, callback time, and event ID.
- Outcome messages exclude recordings, transcripts, and notes.
- The direct connection sends no authentication token header. Protect the Workflow URL and confirm tenant policy for Anyone mode.
Current limits.
- Use Workflows. Legacy Office 365 incoming connectors stopped working in May 2026.
- Restricted tenant authentication modes need additional token configuration and are not supported by this direct connection.
- Workflows belong to users. Add a co-owner and manage ownership during offboarding.
- This is not a Teams Store app. Confirm tenant permissions, payload acceptance, and channel delivery before rollout.
Questions about Microsoft Teams.
Do I need a premium connector license?
The documented supported template and trigger do not require a premium license. Confirm the current tenant and licensing rules before rollout.
Can I use an old Office 365 connector URL?
Use a Teams Workflows webhook. Legacy Office 365 connectors are retired and are not the supported path.
What if my tenant blocks Anyone mode?
The direct connection does not add an authentication token header. Restricted modes need additional token configuration. Review a permitted relay or tenant-approved path before enabling delivery.
