Turn Smartlead interest into queue work.
Send Interested-category leads with phone numbers to an ordinary calling queue.
Ordinary replies are ignored. Adding a lead does not start a call.
- Interested category update
- Redialler maps the source phone
- Lead enters the selected queue
What you need.
Authenticated source webhook
- Permission to configure Smartlead campaign webhooks and Interested categories.
- A Redialler queue and organisation admin access in Redialler.
- A real phone field and a webhook custom header, or a private authenticated relay.
Set up Smartlead.
Open Smartlead setup in Redialler Settings. Create a source connection and select the target queue.
Map the actual phone field and any supported contact or captured consent fields. Redialler reads lead and event IDs from supported provider fields. Set the campaign's Interested category ID when events contain only
lead_category_id.Save the shared token and copy the generated source callback URL into a Smartlead webhook for lead category updates (
lead_category_updated).Configure the required authentication header. If that delivery cannot set headers, use a private Make, Zapier, or n8n relay.
Inspect the connection's last result. Repair a missing or invalid phone in the source before resending a new event.
Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.
Data and permissions.
- Redialler receives the source event and stores normalized queue data and delivery results.
- The callback requires a shared bearer or header token. A provider-native payload uses the generated source URL.
- A positive email reply is not, by itself, evidence of express written consent to call.
Current limits.
- Only lead category updates set to Interested are admitted. Ordinary replies are ignored.
- Email records can lack phones. Missing phones remain visible as blocked work.
- Leads use ordinary queues. This setup does not create a separate Hot Replies inbox.
- Confirm campaign payloads, authentication headers, and delivery in your Smartlead account before rollout.

Questions about Smartlead.
Will every Smartlead reply enter the queue?
No. The adapter accepts Interested-category updates. Ordinary reply events do not meet this trigger.
What if Smartlead cannot add the authentication header?
Use a private relay with authenticated ingress. Keep authentication enabled on the Redialler callback.
Does importing an interested lead start a call?
No. The lead becomes queue work. A calling session must load it, and calling hours, suppression rules, and workspace policy still apply.
Set up Smartlead for your workspace.
Sign in to open this tool in Settings. An organisation admin connects it for your workspace.
