Send Tally enquiries to a calling queue.

Map completed Tally submissions into a queue through a signed source webhook.

TallySigned webhook

A form submission alone is not consent to call. Map consent only if the form captured it.

  1. Completed Tally submission
  2. Verify signature and mapped fields
  3. Enquiry enters the chosen queue

What you need.

Signed submission webhook

  • Permission to configure the Tally form's webhook and signing secret.
  • A Redialler queue and organisation admin access in Redialler.
  • Exact question keys for phone, optional contact fields, and any real consent evidence.

Set up Tally.

  1. Open Tally setup in Redialler Settings and create a source connection for your queue.

  2. Map phone and other supported fields with exact Tally question keys. Use explicit data.* paths for actual submission metadata. Redialler reads the response ID from the provider payload.

  3. Map consent only if the form captured it. Preserve its real wording, source, capture time, and proof reference.

  4. Save the signing secret and register the generated callback URL in the Tally form webhook settings using the same secret.

  5. Inspect accepted, duplicate, blocked, ignored, or failed results. Correct missing phones or invalid evidence in the source before resending.

Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.

Data and permissions.

  • Redialler verifies Tally's HMAC signature over the original request bytes before mapping the submission.
  • Mapped lead context and valid consent evidence can be stored with queue work.
  • A form submission alone is not a claim of express written consent. Use only evidence actually captured by the form.

Current limits.

  • Use completed submissions for this release. Partial responses are not the supported intake path.
  • Question mappings require exact keys. Labels alone are not stable identifiers.
  • A missing phone or partial consent claim is blocked rather than silently imported.
  • Confirm form mappings, signing settings, and completed submission delivery in your Tally account before rollout.

Questions about Tally.

Can I map fields by their display labels?

Use exact question keys. Labels can change and are not the identifiers expected by the Tally adapter.

Can I use the current time as the consent timestamp?

No. Use the actual source capture time. If the form did not capture evidence, omit the consent claim.

Does Redialler register the Tally webhook?

No. Redialler creates the callback connection. You must register its URL and matching signing secret in Tally.
