What you need.
Signed response webhook
- A Typeform account with the webhook feature and permission to configure the form.
- A Redialler queue and organisation admin access in Redialler.
- Answer field IDs or refs for the phone and optional consent fields.
Set up Typeform.
Open Typeform setup in Redialler Settings and create a source connection for your queue.
Map supported answers using exact field IDs or refs. Use explicit
form_response.*paths for actual response metadata. Redialler reads the response token from the provider payload.Map captured consent evidence only when present. Keep the original wording and real capture time.
Save the signing secret. Add the generated callback URL to Typeform's webhook settings with that same secret.
Review the last result after a completed response. Repair missing phones, field mappings, or invalid evidence before resending a new event.
Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.
Data and permissions.
- Redialler verifies the Typeform HMAC signature over the original request bytes before admitting queue work.
- Mapped answers provide lead context. Valid consent claims retain their actual source evidence.
- Saving the Redialler connection does not grant access to all Typeform responses or install a provider webhook.
Current limits.
- Confirm current Typeform plan entitlement. Provider plans can change.
- Use complete responses. Partial-response intake is not supported in this release.
- The adapter uses exact answer IDs or refs. A changed question mapping can block intake.
- Confirm response delivery and mapped phone and consent fields in your Typeform account before rollout.

Which Typeform identifiers should I map?
Use the answer field ID or ref. For metadata, use an explicit form_response.* path. Review the mapping after changing your form.
What happens to a response without a phone?
It stays visible as a blocked source result. Add or correct the source phone before sending a new event.
Is an enquiry automatically consent to call?
The submission alone does not establish express written consent. Preserve the evidence the source actually captured, or omit a consent claim.
