What you need.
Webhook recipe
- A Zapier plan that includes Webhooks by Zapier: Professional, Team, or Enterprise.
- A Redialler workspace API key and a queue target.
- Stable source lead and event IDs, plus permission to configure the source trigger.
Set up Zapier.
Open Zapier setup in Redialler Settings and download the webhook recipe.
Choose the source trigger and filter for leads with a phone number. Add a Webhooks by Zapier Custom Request step.
Send the mapped lead to your Redialler deployment with bearer authentication and an Idempotency-Key for the source event.
Inspect accepted, duplicate, and blocked results. Write the result back to the source before later actions run.
For saved call outcomes, create a Catch Hook trigger and save its URL as an outbound webhook connection in Redialler.
Confirm provider access and delivery in your account before rollout.
Data and permissions.
- Zapier receives the lead fields you map and the workspace key stored in its private connection or request step.
- Catch Hook receives the outcome, contact name, company, phone number, duration, callback time, and call, queue, and source IDs. It never receives recordings, transcripts, or notes.
- Keep Catch Hook URLs private. A normal Catch Hook does not independently verify Redialler's raw-body signature.
Current limits.
- A native Add Lead package exists for private setup. It has not been registered or published in the Zapier marketplace.
- There is no native instant Call Outcome Saved trigger. Outcomes use Catch Hook.
- The private Add Lead action halts on a blocked lead. Repair the source and send a new event; Zapier does not replay halted tasks.
- Confirm Zap setup and delivery in your Zapier account before rollout.
Questions about Zapier.
Can I find Redialler in Zapier's app directory?
Redialler has not been registered or published as a Zapier app. Use the webhook recipe. A native Add Lead package is available for separate private registration and provider validation.
Does an API key subscribe my Zap to outcomes?
No. Intake API keys and outbound connections are separate. An admin must save the Catch Hook URL as an outbound connection.
Can I verify outcome signatures in Catch Hook?
A normal Catch Hook does not verify the raw-body signature. Place a verifying relay before Zapier when that verification is required.
