7 power dialers to compare for a small sales team

The best power dialer for a small sales team is the one that removes manual number entry and preserves the right CRM workflow at a cost you can explain. A power dialer calls one number at a time for each rep, then advances after the call and its wrap-up work. That is different from a parallel or predictive dialer, which opens multiple lines and may cancel other calls when one person answers. This list uses current vendor documentation, public pricing where available and a genuine sequential mode. It is desk research by Ryan Erkal, founder of Redialler, with no hands-on vendor testing or universal ranking.
What “best” means for a small team
The best power dialer for a small sales team is the one that removes manual number entry and preserves the right CRM workflow at a cost you can explain. A power dialer calls one number at a time for each rep, then advances after the call and its wrap-up work. That is different from a parallel or predictive dialer, which opens multiple lines and may cancel other calls when one person answers. This list uses current vendor documentation, public pricing where available and a genuine sequential mode. It is desk research by Ryan Erkal, founder of Redialler, with no hands-on vendor testing or universal ranking. Start with the list source, CRM writeback and seat rules before treating a feature label as a recommendation.
How to compare a power dialer
Ask the same five questions of every vendor: does it call one number at a time, where does the list come from, what CRM fields are written, which package unlocks the mode, and what is the smallest realistic monthly bill? Also record whether a seat minimum, phone number, usage bundle, recording or AI add-on changes the total. A rep who calls named accounts may need preview controls. A rep working a clean cold list may value automatic voicemail, after-call notes and a reliable next-call queue.
Aircall: a phone system with a documented Power Dialer
Fit: Aircall suits a small team that wants a cloud phone system, CRM connections and a sequential Power Dialer in the same workspace. Its support guide says the Power Dialer imports numbers, calls them in order and provides wrap-up time for notes and tags. CRM: Aircall advertises 250-plus integrations and its power dialer page describes Salesforce or another chosen CRM. Package and cost: the current pricing page lists Professional at $50 per license per month with annual billing, with three licenses for $150 per month; its support page places Power Dialer on Professional. Watch: a three-license minimum means a two-person team still needs to budget for three licenses. Import limits, international calling and extra numbers need checking against the quote.
JustCall: power mode with a clear entry package
Fit: JustCall is a reasonable candidate when the team wants calling, SMS and a sales dialer in one account. Its help center says Power Dialer calls contacts sequentially, supports unlimited Power Dialer campaigns on Pro and above, and lets agents use reattempt rules. CRM: the product page lists native connections to many CRMs and tools; test the exact fields for your system. Package and cost: the current pricing guide lists Pro at $49 per user per month annually or $69 monthly, and the Sales Dialer help page places Power Dialer on Pro, Pro Plus, Business and SalesPro. Watch: every plan requires at least two seats, and SalesPro is required for unlimited Dynamic or Predictive campaigns. Do not pay for SalesPro if sequential Power is the only requirement.
Kixie: Single-Line PowerDialer for CRM-led outbound
Fit: Kixie fits revenue teams that want a sequential PowerDialer alongside business SMS, local presence, call coaching and CRM automation. Its official feature page also describes a multi-line PowerDialer that detects human voice and logs calls, texts, outcomes and recordings to the CRM. CRM: Kixie publishes bi-directional CRM integration as a core feature and lists a public integrations directory; confirm your CRM and field mappings. Package and cost: the current pricing page distinguishes Single-Line PowerDialer from Multi-Line PowerDialer, with the latter supporting up to four lines simultaneously; it does not publish a comparable dollar price on the page checked. Watch: AI Human Detection is shown as a premium add-on, and the selected plan decides whether PowerDialer is sequential or multi-line. If your requirement is one line at a time, ask for the Single-Line entitlement and cost.
CloudTalk: strong mode choice with a pricing check
Fit: CloudTalk offers a documented one-number-at-a-time Power Dialer for campaigns built from CRM lists or CSV, with scripts, dispositions and automatic call logging. CRM: its power dialer page names HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and more than 100 integrations. Package and cost: CloudTalk's current power dialer page says the feature is included in Expert at $49 per user per month billed annually. A newer dialer page separately advertises a sequential Preview and Power add-on at $15 per user per month and says it is included in Expert, so ask sales to state the applicable currency, base plan and entitlement in the quote. Watch: CloudTalk also has a parallel mode, but buying that add-on changes the workflow and budget. Keep the sequential requirement explicit.
PhoneBurner: a sequential specialist with published rates
Fit: PhoneBurner is built around a one-line power dialer that automates voicemails, email, notes and post-call actions while the rep controls the conversation. CRM: it includes a built-in CRM and says it connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier and other tools, with 100-plus integrations on the current pricing page. Package and cost: Standard is $140 per user per month with annual billing or $165 monthly; the page lists unlimited power dialing, workflow automation and call analytics. Standard has a 10,000-contact monthly import limit and 30 days of recording storage. Watch: softphone dialing is on Professional at $165 annually or $195 monthly, while transcription, AI notes, SMS and richer inbound features are on Premium. Model the connection method your reps will use.
Dialpad: sales dialer with power mode in its setup path
Fit: Dialpad suits a team that wants a sales dialer inside a broader voice, video, messaging and AI platform. Its sales dialer page describes automatic call logging, voicemail drop, real-time transcription, coaching and CRM embedding. CRM: the page names Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM, plus Outreach and Gong. Package and cost: Dialpad's public pages reviewed here do not show a current standalone price for Dialpad Sell or its power dialer. Its sales dialer FAQ says the power dialer is associated with the Dialpad Sell Center plan, so request a written package quote. Watch: confirm that the quote includes the sequential campaign workflow, CRM logging, recordings, number charges and any AI or coaching add-ons. Do not substitute a general business phone plan for the sales dialer entitlement.
Ringover: small-team power mode in a wider phone system
Fit: Ringover is aimed at small and medium teams that want contact-list campaigns, CRM imports, call supervision and post-call qualification time in a cloud phone system. Its power dialer page says the next call starts after the agent ends the current call. CRM: it names Pipedrive, Salesforce and HubSpot and describes imports from CRM pages or a CSV. Package and cost: the current pricing page lists Business from $47 per user per month with annual billing, a three-user minimum and a 12-month commitment; Power Dialer is listed in the Business feature set. A separate Ringover help article says the feature is available on Advanced or as a Marketplace add-on, so confirm the current plan mapping. Watch: campaigns accept up to 300 numbers according to the power dialer page, and outbound destinations outside the included bundle can add usage charges.
Where Redialler fits
Redialler is a separate product from this vendor shortlist. It is a browser calling layer built around Attio as the durable CRM, with Manual, Power and Parallel modes. A rep can select an Attio list, call one lead after another in Power mode, save an outcome and queue notes, tasks, recordings or transcript processing for the CRM. Its public pages describe the workflow and pricing. I founded Redialler, so this mention has a commercial interest. Treat it as a fit to test, not as an impartial placement.
Budget the smallest realistic trial
For three reps, the published annual software examples are Aircall Professional at $150 per month, JustCall Pro at $147, CloudTalk Expert at $147 if its quoted $49 rate applies, PhoneBurner Standard at $420 and Ringover Business at $141. These are simple license multiplications, not total cost of ownership. They exclude VAT, numbers, international usage, SMS, recording or AI add-ons and any conflicting CloudTalk entitlement. Kixie and Dialpad need a quote from the evidence reviewed here.
Before signing, run a seven-day or equivalent controlled trial. Use an authorized list of 30 to 50 contacts. Check list import, order, pause, wrap-up, voicemail drop, callback scheduling, duplicate records, opt-out suppression, caller ID and CRM activity fields. Measure completed human conversations and after-call admin time. Read Outbound dialer cost before comparing an advertised seat price with your full calling stack.
Choose by workflow and CRM
Choose Aircall or Ringover if you want a broader phone system around sequential campaigns and their seat terms fit. Choose JustCall if its two-seat minimum and Pro access cover your calling and messaging needs. Consider Kixie when CRM automation and local presence matter, but price the selected single or multi-line entitlement. Consider PhoneBurner when a one-line specialist with published unlimited dialing and a higher seat price fits. Consider Dialpad when Sell's wider coaching and communication scope earns its quote. Consider CloudTalk after the plan or add-on entitlement is written down. For a practical demo checklist, discuss your calling workflow.
