Keyboard shortcuts

Last updated 4 September 2026

Every action on a call is one key. The keys are the same in manual, power, and parallel modes. No modifier keys are used, so it is the same on Mac and Windows.

The keys

  • /Focus the dialler
  • EnterDial
  • MMute and unmute
  • 0–9Send tones while connected
  • SSave outcome
  • HHang up
  • NLoad next
  • EscClose any panel

When keys are active

  • Shortcuts are on while a call session is open in the Dialler.
  • Typing in a text field pauses them until you leave the field.
  • Digits send tones only while a call is connected.
  • S saves only when an outcome is chosen.
  • N loads the next person in power and parallel modes. In manual mode it clears the dialler.
  • Slash always brings you back to the dialler, even from a note field.

Can I change the keys

Not yet. The defaults match the first letter of each action and do not clash with typing. Every key has a button too.
