Parallel mode

Your browser joins a conference line before any prospect is dialled. Redialler then rings two or more people at the same time. The first to answer is joined to your line straight away. The other calls are cancelled.

Because your line is already open, there is no delay while your browser is dialled after someone answers. That delay is what makes other parallel diallers sound like a robocall.

You hear a soft tone when a round starts and a second tone when someone connects. Between rounds you are on hold, not on a call. Press Enter to start the next round or H to leave the session.

Lines is the number of people rung at once. Start with two. Move to three when most calls go to voicemail. Go higher only for lists with very low answer rates.

More lines means more chance that two people answer at once. The second person is dropped and rung again later. Keep this rare.

With auto tuning on, Redialler lowers the number of lines when two people answer close together and raises it again when rounds go unanswered. The limit you set is the ceiling. Auto tuning never goes above it.

A person who answers second hears the call end within about a second. No message, no silence. They are logged as an attempt, not a conversation, and stay in the list for the next round.
